Elegant Sheds

 A farming family requested a new carport, washing line and garden shed for their backyard. We used raw, robust materials to keep within budget, but also to blur the boundaries of buildings and the garden. Concrete blocks which edge the garden merge into with the shed base. The timber structure is expressed to give a ‘sticky’ appearance. This project was designed within regulations so that council consents weren’t required.
